Water coming in?

Call us. If it’s raining, we tarp the roof the same day so the damage stops while we find the cause. Most leaks are flashing or a few shingles — a repair, not a new roof.

Hail or a big wind?

Don’t climb up there to check. We look at every slope, photograph each hit and give you a report your insurer can use. If there’s a claim, we meet your adjuster on the roof.

Roof getting old — or selling soon?

A buyer’s inspector looks at the roof first. We’ll tell you honestly how many years yours has left. If it’s time, we replace it in a day — and our warranty transfers to the buyer.

Warranty transfers to the buyer25 years on our work

Our warranty

years on our work. In writing.

The manufacturer covers the shingles. We cover the work — the part that actually causes most leaks. Most roofers stop at 5 to 10 years.

How a replacement goes

A new roof in one day

What actually happens between 7 in the morning and 5:30 in the evening. Bigger or steeper roofs can take two days — we tell you upfront.

  1. Roofer in a harness walking up the driveway with his gear7:00 am

    Crew arrives

Tarps over the lawn and flower beds, plywood against the walls, dumpster on the driveway.

  2. Roofer tearing off old shingles with a shovel7:40 am

    Old roof comes off

Everything down to the wood, straight into the dumpster — not onto your lawn.

  3. Two roofers fitting a new plywood sheet on the roof deck9:30 am

    Deck check

We walk every sheet. Soft wood is photographed and shown to you — $85 a sheet, only with your OK.

  4. Roofer on a ladder at the eave of a roof covered in new grey synthetic underlayment11:00 am

    Underlayment

Ice & water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment everywhere else, new drip edge.

  5. Close-up of a nail gun fastening architectural shingles12:30 pm

    Shingles go on

Six nails per shingle, and the crew lead checks the pattern on every slope.

  6. Roofer working along the ridge of the new roof15:30 pm

    Ridge & flashing

Ridge vent, new flashing at the chimney and walls, new pipe boots.

  7. Roofer loading old roofing debris into a truck16:30 pm

    Clean-up

Dumpster out, gutters cleared, two passes with a magnet over the lawn and driveway.

  8. Brick ranch house with a finished new roof and a clean lawn17:30 pm

    Walk-through

We go over the roof with you, hand over the photos and your warranty. $25 for any nail we missed.

What it costs

Real numbers, before anyone climbs a ladder.

Most roofers won’t put a price online. Here’s ours for a typical Columbus home. The inspection turns the range into one fixed number.

  • Price locked before we start. The number on your estimate is the number on your invoice.
  • Rotten decking: $85 a sheet. Only with a photo of the sheet and your OK.
  • 0% for 12 months. On approved credit. Example only.

What we found. Hail bruising on all four slopes, 9 hits in a 10 × 10 ft test square.

What we did. Met the adjuster on the roof with 212 photos — full replacement approved on the first visit. 6 soft decking sheets swapped, shown to the owner first.

“They were up on the roof with the adjuster and pointed out things I’d never have seen. The yard was cleaner when they left than when they came.”
